What collections, tools, and support are provided by Library Services?
Answer
Library Services provides access to a wide range of physical and digital resources to support your academic work and personal interests. You’ll find books, scholarly journal articles, popular magazines, streaming media, and specialized equipment. The library also offers unique items such as yard games like Giant Jenga, in-library jigsaw puzzles, regional and campus history materials, and free passes to South Dakota State Parks. Our staff are here to help you make the most of these resources.
Please note: The library typically does not purchase textbooks. However, some instructors place copies on reserve. You may also find select textbooks in our online resources—try searching Primo, or explore platforms like AccessScience, AccessEngineering, Knovel, or Ebook Central. Textbooks are also available for purchase at the Rocker Shop.
